Lance Lira, CEO, combines extensive knowledge gained from over 15 years in various positions within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry to ensure the project is done right. From analytical scientist to project manager to strategic consultant, his experience in organization and planning, securing financing, assessing the needs for specific projects, and solid background in GMP offers clients a high degree of confidence that their projects will receive the top-notch professional attention they deserve. Kathy Bolsen, CSO, has over 15 years in clinical, public health, and industrial microbiology, including GMP and GLP environments. Her experience incorporates clinical microbiology in addition to development of sterilants through FDA 510(k) submissions, new sterilization processes for medical devices, topical antiseptics and antimicrobials, and establishing several new GLP-compliant microbiology labs.
